The short version

I have spent 25 years writing software for healthcare, legal, government, and e-commerce organizations: the kinds of places where data cannot leave the building and the consequences of getting it wrong are real. I led the Sitecore and Azure platform for VITAS Healthcare, built high-volume commerce systems at Radial (eBay Enterprise), and wrote software for law-enforcement environments where access control and audit trails were not optional.

In 2022 I founded Treasure Coast Software LLC, and shortly after started damore.ai to focus on what most AI vendors will not touch: implementation for businesses that cannot afford a data leak. Not a chatbot on a website. Automations that remove real hours, a private assistant that knows your files, and agents that act inside your systems, each stage priced before it starts.

On the technical side that means workflow automation (n8n, Make, direct integrations), Open WebUI and custom assistants, retrieval over your documents, local and private-cloud models, fine-tuning when it earns its place, and the boring-but-critical operational work (logging, security, deployment, monitoring) that turns a demo into a production system.

On the human side it means translating between owners, staff, and IT so the result is something all three can live with. I am the person on the call, the person who writes the code, and the person who signs the runbook.
