damore.ai (operated by Treasure Coast Software LLC) builds AI systems designed to keep sensitive business data under the client's control. We apply the same standard to this website: minimal collection, no resale, and clear answers about what we keep.

Information we collect

Website information

This site is static HTML served by Netlify. Netlify's edge logs may record your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and referring site for security and operational purposes. We do not run advertising trackers.

Inquiries

When you send a written inquiry or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations
• To prepare proposals and deliver engagements you have asked for
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Client data during engagements

• Your data stays with you: AI systems are deployed on infrastructure you control or a private host set up for you. We do not receive, store, or process your operational data outside the engagement's agreed environment.
• No training on your data: Client documents are never used to train models beyond what is explicitly scoped and approved in writing.
• Access is documented: Access granted to us for delivery is listed in the engagement agreement and revoked at handoff.

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate this site and communicate with you (hosting, email, scheduling), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer with advance notice.

AI agents and automated access

This site publishes machine-readable descriptions of our services for AI agents and search engines (for example /llms.txt and files under /.well-known/). Requests to the intake tool are processed to produce a response and are not used to build profiles of individuals.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18.
