Operational waste review

Find the hours your company is losing every week. Then price the fix.

Most growing companies pay one to two salaries a year for work nobody was hired to do. It is spread across a dozen people in slices too small to notice. One week inside the business counts it, and ends with three fixes, each with hours saved and a fixed price.

Who this is for

Built for teams like yours

  • Owners and COOs of companies with 20 to 200 employees who feel the waste but cannot point to it
  • Companies where headcount went up last year and output did not
  • Leaders who want a written plan with numbers before spending anything on a build
  • Treasure Coast businesses that want someone who can come in and see the work firsthand

The problem

Why the waste stays invisible

It never shows up on one invoice

Fifteen minutes here, a Monday morning there. It shows up as an office manager who stays until six and a controller who cannot close until the 15th, never as a line item.

It is nobody's emergency

Every slice is small, so there is always something more urgent. The task that costs a salary a year has never once been the most important thing on the list.

Software vendors sell software, not fixes

A new platform promises to solve it, takes a year to migrate, and often adds a new place to re-key into. The waste was never a software problem.

The people who could fix it are the busiest

The office manager who knows every workflow is the last person with a free afternoon to redesign one.

Stage 1

What the one-week review produces

Chosen from your Opportunity Map, built in two to three weeks, running in the tools you already own.

Stage 1 pricing
  • An inventory of repetitive work across the company, gathered by sitting with the people who do it
  • Hours per week and cost per year for each item, so the waste has a number attached
  • A data-sensitivity map: which work can use cloud tools and which must stay inside the business
  • The top three fixes ranked by payback, each with hours saved and a fixed price to build
  • A written plan you can act on, shelve, or hand to someone else
  • The $2,500 fee credited toward the build if you go ahead

Stage 2 and beyond

What you know at the end of the week

Where the hours actually go

Not a survey. Two half-day sessions inside the business, watching the work, and a count of what it costs.

What the first three fixes are worth

Each one has hours saved per week and a fixed price to build. You can see the payback before spending anything on the build.

Which work must stay private

Customer lists, contracts, HR files, and financials get a clear boundary. The plan says what can use cloud AI and what runs on infrastructure you control.

A decision you can make with numbers

Go ahead with the build, do part of it, or do nothing. The plan is yours either way.

How it goes

From first call to working system

  1. 1

    Free call

Twenty minutes on what the company does and where you suspect the time goes.

  2. 2

    Session one

Half a day inside the business, with the people who do the repetitive work. Inventory and first count.

  3. 3

    Session two

Half a day on data sensitivity, the shortlist, and what each fix would take.

  4. 4

    The plan

A written Opportunity Map with three priced quick wins, delivered inside the week. Stage 1 build follows if you choose.

Questions

Frequently asked by small and mid-size teams

What does the review cost and how long does it take?

The AI Opportunity Map is $2,500, fixed, and takes one week. Two half-day sessions inside the business, then a written plan with your three best quick wins, hours saved for each, and fixed prices for building them. The fee is credited toward Stage 1.

What size company is this for?

Companies with roughly 20 to 200 employees. Big enough that the repetitive work adds up to a salary, small enough that nobody has been hired to fix it. Under 20, a free call is usually enough to point you in the right direction.

Do you come to us?

On the Treasure Coast, yes. I am based in Fort Pierce and do the sessions in person across St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River counties. For companies elsewhere in the United States, the sessions run remotely with the same structure.

What if the review finds nothing worth fixing?

Then the plan says so, and you have spent $2,500 to learn that your operations are tighter than most. In practice that is rare in a company past 20 people, but I would rather tell you than sell you a build that will not pay back.
